Amazing stay! The host was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The property is set in a beautiful location with stunning views of the rolling hills. The hot tub was a highlight for us, and the kids loved the unique sleeping arrangements in the "I-Hut". We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast during our stay.
The directions provided by online maps were misleading and led us astray. It would be helpful if the host could provide clear directions from the main roads in the confirmation email.

We had a fantastic family holiday at Frankaborough Farm Holiday Cottages. The peaceful and beautiful countryside setting provided the perfect backdrop for our stay. The kids loved being on a working farm and enjoyed interacting with the cows and visiting the duck pond. The cottages were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, accommodating our large family perfectly. The owners were welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home. The location was ideal, giving us easy access to nearby attractions such as Launceston, Widemouth Bay, and Bude. Although the WiFi didn't work well, it didn't dampen our overall experience. We will definitely be returning to this wonderful holiday destination. highly recommended.

My wife and I recently stayed at a delightful working farm for a photography course. We found the I-hut to be very comfortable and spacious, providing a relaxing retreat. The host, Linda, was extremely welcoming and served us a delicious breakfast each morning. The location was stunning, with picturesque views of the farm's 300 acres of land. The homemade food, including a mouthwatering flan and profiteroles, made our dining experience unforgettable.
The WiFi signal was quite weak, which made it challenging to connect to the internet.

Lovely countryside location with fantastic views. Superb, friendly hosts who made us feel welcome. Close proximity to attractions and beaches for the best of both worlds.
Limited local shops and reliance on a car or taxi. the cleanliness of the properties was questionable with issues such as mould, dirt, and cobwebs.

The cottage was well-equipped with modern amenities, including a TV and WiFi. the location of the cottage was great, not far from a major road, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. - One of the bedrooms had an ensuite toilet and shower, which was convenient for our family.
We found that some basic items were missing from the kitchen, such as a dishwashing sponge. Although, we believe that if we had asked, the staff would have provided it.
